Mi primera semana en Guatemala - Sydney O’Guinn

Hello everyone! I apologize for this newsletter being a little over do. I'm sure you all know but I LIVE IN GUATEMALA NOW!!!!!! I currently in language school in Antigua, Guatemala. I go to language school at CSA, Christian Spanish Academy. I will be in language school for 6 months and then I will move to Villa Nueva, Guatemala to start working at the school.

Wednesday, we went on an excursion to Hobbitenango. It is incredible! I had so much fun and it was so exhausting all at the same time. It is based off of the movie The Hobbit.

On Wednesday night, we got to hangout with our Guatemalan family. The parents work at the children's home and that how we met them. They are so kind and we had so much fun with them. I am so blessed to have them in my life. We went to dinner, had Guatemalan icecream, went to a church to look around, and then we ended the night at a cafe!
