Kourtney moved to Guatemala in 2016, and began serving with NLAI in 2019. She is a graduate of the University of North Texas and, before moving to Guatemala, served as preschool minister at The Village Church Denton for 10 years. In April 2024, Kourtney married Danilo López, and in December 2024, Danilo and Kourtney welcomed a precious little boy, Caleb Abraham López Nance, into the world. Among other responsibilities, Kourtney coordinates the Mentoring Program which connects mature Guatemalan Christians with the kids at NLCH, adding an important layer of discipleship and formation for their lives along with connection as they grow up in our Children's Home.
