Taylor Family Ministry

Headquartered in Jacaltenango, Guatemala

Tony and Carrie Taylor have been serving with NLAI in Guatemala since May 2002.  They have three boys, Braegan (12), Trenden (10), and Daivin (6).

The Taylor family's heart is to see the rural areas of Guatemala reached with the gospel, where churches have healthy, vibrant Christians in them. Tony and Carrie work with rural pastors in the area of Jacaltenango, in the Western Highlands of Guatemala, encouraging them to reach this area with the gospel. They help with local outreaches, preaching, and other ministries. The town of Jacaltenango is approximately 1% evangelical Christian.  Most people practice Catholicism mixed with traditional Mayan Religion.

Tony spends much of his time and effort in working to unite the local pastors, provide training through yearly conferences, and helping in any needed areas such as preaching, and teaching. Carrie is currently developing an economical rural children's ministry curriculum and she homeschools the three boys.

Would you join the Taylor family in prayer for these specific requests?
  1. Pastors to be encouraged.
  2. Local Christians to come alongside of their pastors and help them in the Lord's work.
  3. For the church to experience a true relationship with God.
  4. Wisdom/ teamwork as we work on the Children's Curriculum Development.
